Trio Research and Development (TrioRD) is an organization of highly experienced professionals who work for human rights, child rights, governance, communication, and peace. It was founded to fill the lack of a quality resource organization that conducts studies and research, issues publications, evaluates programs, builds capacity, formulates and reviews policies, spreads awareness, increases communication for behavior change towards human rights and child rights, and advocates for social development issues such as good governance.
We aim to promote human rights, child rights, communication, peace, social development, and good governance through research and study, publication, evaluation of programs, training, policy formation and review, awareness building, and communication for behavior change. Our Expert Team is a blend of highly qualified and experienced professionals as well as young individuals with creative ideas and enthusiasm.

Advisor
Dr. Gyawali is PhD on Disability and Inclusion, First Blind Advocate in Nepal, Expert on Law, Legislation and practices of Person with Disability (PWD) and its expert in Nepal.
Senior Advisor
Dr. Jha is a veteran leader specializing in women’s economic empowerment (WEE), education and Gender and Social Inclusion with more than 20 years of leadership experience in Nepal. She is a former member of the National Planning Commission of the Government of Nepal responsible for the health and education portfolio, supporting the development of evidence-based policy and programme for the Ministries of Education and health. Respectively, she is a former Chief Executive Officer (for 17 years) of Samjhauta Nepal, a Nepali non-governmental organization (NGO) which implements numerous WEE initiatives such as the USAID Business Literacy Programme.
Executive Director
Mr. Dawadi, Board of Director of Trio Development, has been actively working for child rights for 14 years. He has worked for a decade on child rights issues at CWIN, a pioneer civil society organization for the protection of child rights in Nepal. Mr. Dawadi also has teaching experience from school to university level for 7 years.
Program Head
Mr. Bade has extensive experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, with a strong focus on community-based development initiatives.
He leads strategic planning, ensures quality delivery of projects, and coordinates with stakeholders, partners, and donors to achieve program objectives effectively. He has proven expertise in report writing, capacity building, and facilitating field-level interventions, particularly in areas related to social development, education, and community empowerment.
He is recognized for his leadership, result-oriented approach, and commitment to promoting sustainable development practices at the local level
GEDSI Expert
Ms. Tuladhar is an experienced development research and evaluation professional with over ten years of experience supporting gender equality, GBV prevention and response, social inclusion, and protection-focused programming across Nepal. She has a strong track record in conducting and contributing to qualitative and quantitative research, including baselines, endlines, assessments, and evaluations, with systematic integration of Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and safeguarding.
She has extensive experience designing and leading GEDSI and safeguarding assessments, power and gender analyses, and participatory studies, and is skilled in facilitating inclusive community and stakeholder consultations. Her work translates research findings into actionable insights for programme adaptation, policy development, and systems strengthening at local and provincial levels.
Ms. Tuladhar brings strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, including the integration of GEDSI and safeguarding indicators into M&E frameworks and reports to support evidence-based decision-making. With an MBS and an MPhil in Sociology, she combines academic rigor with field-based experience and a strong commitment to rights-based, survivor-centred, and inclusive development outcomes.

Ms. Niru is highly motivated Public Health Professional and experience in health science content creation, research, data monitor, data analysis, and program implementation. Expertise in digital data collection, monitor, analysis, community health assessment, and stakeholder engagement. She is Expert on as KOBO, CAPI and Computer based Data collection for study.
